The Coordinator
The Coordinator of the project is INRA, represented by Dr. Antoine Kremer. His very primary role is to represent the Consortium towards the EC and the Consortium as well as to be the promoter and supervisor of the overall technical and scientific progress of FoResTTraC.

The Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is the decision-making body and implementing body of the project. It is made up of a representative of each partner organisation. The Executive committee will be chaired by the Coordinator, Dr Antoine Kremer. In terms of decision making each represented partner will have 1 vote.

The Stakeholder Platform
The objective of the Stakeholder Platform is to provide external and varied points of view on the work and deliverables carried out by the project so it brings maximum outcomes to the policy makers and society. The Stakeholder Platform will be a virtual community of experts and stakeholders associated to the project via invitation from the Executive Committee and dissemination activities. It will be a virtual community (besides participation in the workshops) that will be hosted on the project website.
The Project Management
An experience European Project Manager will take charge of
- Project administration (including planning, preparation and follow-up - meeting minutes...- of the meetings)
- Consolidation of the annual project reports
- Financial administration (monitoring of expenses against budget allocations, consolidation of financial summary sheets, etc.)
- Consolidation and control of the annual cost claims according to the contractual requirements, their conformance with the work done and the audit certificate to be produced by the partners
- Distribution of project funds and overseeing the expenses of the North American partners
- Assistance to individual project partners on specific administrative issues
- Communication facilities and coordination (web based collaborative tool).
