The scientific roadmap produced through a series of expert consultations will be presented at a one-day event in Brussels in October 2011.

The workshops to produce the scientific roadmap have taken place since early 2010, with key scientists from Europe and North America, within the framework of FoResTTraC, highlights suggested research priorities for the scientific community and other stakeholders such as research funding agencies. The document is being finalized and will undergo a further consultation with a wide scientific community. Then a one-day event designed to present the roadmap to research funding bodies/agencies in Europe will be held in Brussels on October 26^th, 2011 (more details will follow later).
